Our cousine uses only freshly made by “Resdora” ingredients. The restaurant offers typical and traditional dishes of Reggio Emilia.

Le Barbaterre menu changes following the seasonal availability of the ingredients. Typical cold cuts are paired with “gnocco fritto”, “erbazzone” and savoury pies. First courses are tortelli, tagliatelle, lasagne and “cappelletti” followed by second courses like grilled meat, games, roasted beef and poultry paired with vegetables.

Our typical desserts are the sweet ending of the meal. All our delicious dishes could be accompained by our organic wines.
