THE WINES OF BARBATERRE
The pinot noir offers us classic methods long aged on its own yeasts and a still version.
From the sauvignon blanc we obtain a vintage blanc de blancs and an ancestral method with refermentation in the bottle.
The marzemino gives us a sparkling rosé, also refermented, while the cabernet sauvignon becomes a still red.
Finally, the classic refermented Lambrusco of the Reggio hills and a particular and original classic method, Lambruscante, are produced with lambrusco grape varieties and malbo gentile.
