The appearance is golden and bright, with aromas of pastry, yellow pulp fruit and citrus. The sip is elegant and material, with a mineral nuance in the intense finish.
Blanc de Noirs
Pinot noir is the most common grape in Barbaterre. Therefore the idea of creating a classic method, entirely produced with these noble grapes, was a natural consequence. This wine is born from the selection of the best grapes picked in the mid-hill vineyards, where moderate yields and careful work in the vineyard are the keys of success.
It is a classic, vintage method, which stays at least 36 months on the lees and which expresses a perfect combination of delicacy and gastronomic versatility. Our Blanc de Noirs is an energetic sparkling wine, with a fine and intense perlage and a savory flavor enhanced by the particular composition of the soils of these Matildic hills.
