Pinot Nero dell’Emilia IGT

Pinot nero is a very peculiar grape variety and one of the most difficult to grow and vinify.

Our wine comes from 100% Pinot nero grapes. It is a still wine, aged in large oak casks  for 18 months.

This is a lively interpretation of a noble varietal in the historical area of “Terre Matildiche”.

Alcohol content 13% vol.

Cabernet Sauvignon dell’Emilia IGT

Historically Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Bordeaux area and it is one of the most well known and important varietal all over the world due to its aptitude for producing great red wines with a long ageing potential.

Our wine comes from a strict selection of  Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our best vineyards .

It is a still, red wine, aged 18 months in large oak casks. Cabernet sauvignon is  rich and bold, with a long and complex finish.

Alcohol content  14% vol.

Oro di Collina

The name “Oro di collina” comes from our challenge of producing a passito wine  in the area of Reggio Emilia which hasn’t a long tradition in this kind of wine.

Obtained by the appassimento (“partial drying”) technique the grapes are dried for several days in shallow crates.

The grapes are then fermented in stainless steel.

 Alcohol content15,5% vol.
