This is a traditional method spumante wine millesimato from Pinot nero grapes vinified in white.

The wine is matured on the yeasts for a long time and has no added liqueur d’expédition.

Blanc de Noirs has a natural balance between  saltiness, minerality and lively acidity. An elegant wine with a long and tasty finish.

Alcohol content 12,5% vol.

Rosé

This Rosè wine is not just the typical trendy wine. Rosé is the daughter of one of the best grapes used for producing traditional method wines: Pinot nero.

As the brother “Blanc de Noirs”, Rosé is a traditional method but in rosé.
 Rosé is a pleasant wine, showing a good complexity and long finish.

A smart balance between citrus and salty memories.

Blanc de Blancs is a white grape variety very popular in the world due to its adaptability.

It produces fresh and characterized wines.
Our goal was to transform these grapes into a traditional method, strong and smoky but with floral notes with a marine and tasty finish.
